FEES & TERMS

CLASS FEES
  • No students are allowed to join a class without payment 

  • Payments for classes and costumes are non-refundable 

  • Deposits for trips are non-refundable
     

Warriorz accepts monthly payment only via our booking system "Class for kids" if your child misses a class you will still be expected to pay for that session as we charge monthly. Warriorz Is closed during half -terms.

DEADLINES FOR TRIPS & EVENTS

Advance notice will always be given to parents for competition dates and trips.

I ask that parents keep to this date as we will no longer be allowing late payments.

When competitions are compulsory for crews, payment must be met by the deadline date.  Unfortunately, we cannot compete when crew members are missing, so if members are not keeping up with payments they might be removed from the crew!

CREW TRAINING

Some students are selected to compete with a crew at competitions, if you are selected it’s because we see potential for you to go further and want to help push you in the right direction. Crew members must be committed and attend training regularly. If you miss a rehearsal you must catch-up from videos. If you are behind and not ready for the competition you will not compete with the crew. Crew training is an extra, and you MUST attend a general class to keep your training consistent, there is not an option to attend just the crew.

FEES & DEADLINES
STUDIO RULES

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before dance class with payment. Latecomers will not be allowed in the class

  • Appropriate dancewear only. No Jeans!

  • No food or fizzy drinks in the dance studio. Water or juice only

  • All bags must be put on the hangers

  • No leaving the class/studio without permission from the teacher

  • Please respect the studio space by using the bins
     

BEHAVIOUR 

  • No back chat! Respect and follow instructions from teachers at all times

  • No bad language is accepted at all in Warriorz classes at any time

  • No fighting or arguing in classes. Respect your fellow students

HARDSHIP FUND

The Warriorz Hardship Fund has been set up to help students who have financial hardship whether it be temporary or longer-term. This fund is maintained by the various fundraising activities that we do throughout the year

 

The hardship fund is designed to help students financially by providing a donation towards a single event or opportunity;
 

  • A competition

  • Travel to a casting or an audition

  • A dance trip with the school

  • Full and half scholarships

 

Warriorz Performing Arts Academy have set up a confidential application form for students who want to be considered for the hardship fund. Any student wishing to be considered should complete the form on the link below.
